Springfield
Created by order of George Washington in 1777 to store ammunition and gun carriages for the American Revolutionary War. In 1794, The Armory began manufacturing muskets for a young country and functioned as a supplier for every major American conflict as well as a “think tank” for new firearm concepts. The Reese family resurrected the most historically significant designs produced by The Armory and have continued to develop products that are loyal to Springfield Armory’s heritage while ensuring The Armory’s place in the progression of American firearms.

Canik
Founded by Jonathon Browning in Tennesse in the 1800's. By the turn of the century, his son John, was licensing his inventions to other gun makers before establishing a licensing relationship with Fabrique National Company of Belgium. His notable firearms being M2 machine gun and 1911 pistol.
